How Flobo HDDDocRecovery recovers files?
The software scans your source disk (the disk where lost or corrupted files were stored) and finds file fragments – different parts of Microsoft Word documents, physically stored on the disk. It ignores file system; therefore it works with all versions of FAT, NTFS or any other file system (HPFS,EXT2,etc)and recovers documents even from lost, deleted partitions or reformatted disks.

My file is corrupted. Why should I scan entire disk, if I need only one file?
The corruption implies data loses. Many other document recovery programs recover corrupted documents from single file. The result of such recovery is document with probable data loses. In contrast to other recovery software, Flobo HDDDocRecovery regenerates corrupted document not from single file, but from entire disk. As a result it has a chance to extract data not only from single corrupted file, but also from stored physically on the disk temporary copies of this file, which was created by word during creating, editing or viewing this file.

My file was accidentally deleted / overwritten. How Flobo HDDDocRecovery will recover it?

If the file was deleted, the program will scan entire disk to find body of the deleted file. In more complex case, when body of the file was overwritten, the file will be regenerated from stored physically on the disk temporary copies of this file, which was created by word during creating, editing or viewing this file.

My partitions are lost. Is able Flobo HDDDocRecovery to perform recovery of my .doc and source code?

 This utility is able to recover Microsoft Word .doc files and text from lost partitions no
 matter the level of fragmentation. All fragments of files are recovered. There are cases 
when common recovery software that uses file system information fail to recover any 
data!!!
